Overnight Boarding in our Luxury Suites

Hydrant Pet Hotel combines luxury, home-like amenities in a contemporary space. Each suite includes a custom metal frame lifted an inch off the ground with metal slats for optimal comfort, along with an orthopedic mattress. If you choose to not bring a blanket for your pet, we will provide a clean, cozy blanket. Lights are out at 8:30pm which means the classical music turns on, and the lights are dimmed. Hydrant Pet Hotel offers the best in dog boarding amenities and accommodations along with 24/7 staff supervision tending to your dogs personal needs at all hours. Our goal is to provide an upscale, comfortable place for your pet to stay while you are away.

14 nights or longer= $10 less per night.

Free exit bath when pets stay 8 nights or longer

Boarding requests DO NOT guarantee you have a reservation, you will receive an email/text confirmation once your request has been approved.

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit for all boarding reservations, during peak holidays we require a 50% non-refundable deposit

We allow modifications and cancellations to boarding reservations up to two weeks prior to the start of a confirmed boarding stay, if modifications or cancellation occur after the two week time frame you are financially responsible for the entire confirmed boarding stay

Deposit are always non-refundable no matter how much notice is given

For boarding dogs, daycare is free till 12. If your dog stays from 12 – 4pm that will be counted as a half day charged at $40 or count as 1 credit. If your dog stays after 4pm, till 7pm that will be counted as 1 full day charge of $60 or count as 1 credit. 2nd dog 10% off. 3rd dog 50% off.

Multiple pet households save 10% on 2nd pet, more than 2 pets gets a 50% discount, must be from the same household, staying in the same suite.
You may check your dog in until 3pm. Check in after 3pm will be an additional charge. Boarding check-out is at noon, after noon, daycare rates apply.
We do recommend a bath after a few days spent playing with friends, it’s nice to go home looking and smelling your best. Rates apply, free bath after 8 nights

Dogs and Cats boarding with us must be picked up by 7pm
All dogs/cats need to be checked in for boarding and daycare by 3pm each day. If you check in later than 3pm, you will be charged $15 per pet.
As a boutique hotel, we take pride in our minimal number of dogs compared to other facilities in the area. We rely on confirmed reservations booked by clients for the exact amount of dates confirmed. If you choose to pick up your dog/cat early from their boarding stay, that is ok, but note that you will be charged for the entire reservation. Please be courteous of our policy. Thank you.
We are more than happy to administer medication for your dogs/cats boarding with us. There is a $2 per charge per medication serving, per pet. This is due to the time it takes to “check in” pets with medication, to the difficulty administering some medications. We take medication very seriously, and can even administer shots, asthma inhalers, etc.
SPECIAL DROP OFF/ PICK UP FEES
We allow pets to arrive at 6:45am with an additional charge, or picked up until 7:30pm with an additional charge.
