Spa Policies
Grooming Appointment Policy – Timeliness & Fees
At Hydrant, we value your time and the well-being of every pet in our care. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to maintain our scheduling efficiency, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policies:
Appointment Timeliness
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled grooming appointment. Our schedule is carefully coordinated, and late arrivals can affect the flow of our day and the experience of other clients.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will incur a $20 late fee and may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a $30 no-show fee will be charged to your account.
Pet Pickup Policy
You will be notified via phone or text when your pet’s grooming appointment has been completed.
Pets must be picked up within 1 hour of notification.
If your pet is not picked up within 1 hour, the following fees will apply:
If your pet has completed a temperament test, the applicable daycare rate will be charged.
If your pet has not completed a temperament test, a $40 extended stay fee will be applied.
